The brand Suzuki seems to continue working on their project for MotoGP ahead of the 2014 season, although the latest seemed to clear it revealed a disagreement between the brand and the organizer of the World Championship, as the Japanese brand wanted sign for just one season, whereas this duration did not seem right to the organizers.
Despite these problems, the brand will continue working on this project for the premier class, and will in the beginning of the hand of the French pilot, Randy De Puniet, current pilot Aspar CRT Power Electronics.
Suzuki would have bet on Randy experience to return to the premier class at the moment nothing is confirmed completely, but it seems that the French already negotiating the agreement for the development of the new 1000cc Japanese factory, which European circuits prove in the next year.
Initially the rumors to Suzuki riders focused on Ben Spies and Cal Crutchlow, but now the spotlight is French, and even seems to know of these negotiations Aspar and would agree with these machine tests, so both official announcements could have not much time.
Randy de Puniet Statements:
We just have to wait and see what the plan of Suzuki, and understand where and when will the tests. This could be a very good opportunity for me to be back on a bike prototype and develop a machine factory. I really hope this happens.
